Lakeville, MN [June 5, 2013] – QA1 has reengineered its Mopar k-member and is proud to now manufacture its Mustang k-member in house. These k-members are manufactured in QA1’s state-of-the-art fabrication facility along with QA1’s entire line of suspension components.

Since acquiring CAP Auto Products in 2011, QA1 has reengineered the Mopar k-member.  Made exclusively in Lakeville, MN, this bolt-in tubular k-member is available for 1967-72 A-bodies,
1971-72 B-bodies and 1970-74 E-bodies.  Engineered to increase strength, durability and performance without adding any additional weight to the front end, it features sway bar mounts, integrated tow hooks, and additional room for headers and oil pans.  This k-member is designed to work with factory style motor mounts and the factory steering box.

With the recent expansion of QA1’s state-of-the-art fabrication facility, QA1 is now able to manufacture its Mustang k-members in house.  Designed for hard core race applications, the Mustang k-members change the vehicle to a performance race stance, giving drag racers an edge over the competition.  For even better results, complement the Mustang k-member with QA1 tubular control arms.
