Lakeville, MN [July 15, 2021]– QA1 is excited to introduce two new coil-over options developed specifically for C5 and C6 Corvettes, including double-adjustable Proma Star shocks and the performance-driven MOD Series shocks.

Both options offer significant advantages over the Corvette’s stock leaf spring suspension:

• The ability to dial in ride quality with adjustable valving, featuring independent changes to compression and rebound valving
• Achieve the desired stance while maximizing performance handling characteristics
• The ability to change springs with relative ease, allowing for precise updates to spring rates instead of relying on leaf springs
• A greater range of ride-height adjustability for both for base model cars (1” to 2” of drop) and Z06 models (0” to 1” of drop)
• Enables corner balancing via precise ride height adjustment and removal of transverse leaf

QA1’s coil-overs are easy to install with basic hand tools, use factory mounting locations and do not require the use of a toe link relocation kit. They are available with multiple spring rate options to help enthusiasts find the perfect option for their intended use. The medium spring rates offer great street-ability for cars that will mostly be used on the road. The firm option is geared toward track-oriented cars, further reducing body roll under hard cornering and providing a more planted feel.
