QA1 is pleased to announce the addition of its new 53 Series stock mount twin tube shock absorber to its circle track line of products.

Lakeville, MN [January 21, 2014] QA1’s new 53 series features a stronger, larger diameter body than the popular preceding FC Series. This larger body provides for easier gas bag installation and larger oil capacity for increased shock cooling. QA1’s 53 Series is manufactured in our Lakeville, Minnesota facility, allowing us to provide custom valvings to suit specific performance needs. The 53 Series is a perfect choice for Southern Sport Mods, stock cars, street stocks, mini stocks and limited modifieds.

With its twin tube design and strong external body, the 53 Series can withstand abuse without affecting performance. Because it’s completely racer rebuildable and revalveable, there’s no need to throw this shock away. With just a few minutes and a few tools, the average racer can fix or tune a 53 Series shock, saving time and money. For those who would prefer, QA1 has authorized rebuilders located throughout the country who revalve and repair all QA1 shocks.

With QA1’s deflective disc technology, racers can easily change their valve settings to suit specific driving and handling needs. Deflective disc valving is a series of individual discs stacked together creating valving resistance that can easily be adjusted and ensures optimal valving on both compression and rebound strokes. Settings are easily adjusted by changing the number and thickness of the discs to fit specific performance and ride characteristics, providing the perfect feel for any racer.

Just like every other QA1 racer rebuildable and revalveable shock absorber, QA1’s 53 Series shocks are 100% dyno tested and serialized ensuring dependable production and performance.
