1st Shift:  Monday - Thursday 6:30 am - 4:30 pm

2nd Shift:  Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 2:00 am

Responsible for assembling products in accordance with production guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance
• Ability to follow all safety protocols
• Prepares each job in accordance with a job order, verbal, or written instructions
• Adheres to established company policies and procedures, paying special attention to safety regulations
• Notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions
• Makes suggestions to minimize waste and increase efficiencies
• Performs inspections of completed products in accordance with company quality standards
• Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, assembly schematics, operating, and maintenance instructions
• Operates shop equipment and machinery in accordance with safety requirements
• Notifies management of equipment malfunctions, injuries, or safety related occurrences
• Packages and transports produced parts as needed
• Contributes to a continuous improvement culture
• Knows and understands company policies
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education & Experience Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Understanding of basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to use company ERP system (Shop Trak)
• Willingness to work in a team atmosphere and displays a positive attitude
