QA1 Now Offers Front Pro Coil Shock Systems for Even More Vehicles

May 23, 2017

QA1 has expanded its offerings of Pro Coil Systems to include 1988-1998 Chevy and GMC C1500 trucks, 1963-1965 Buick Rivieras and 1960-1964 Ford Galaxies/Full Sizes. These kits are ideal for drivers who are looking for a bolt-in shock with adjustable ride height and valving control.

QA1 Front Pro Coil Systems include adjustable aluminum shocks, high travel springs and all necessary mounting hardware. These shocks have a threaded body that allows the car to be lowered from stock ride height to -2 inches while on the car. This allows you to get the stance exactly where you want it for your driving style or wheel and tire combination.

QA1 Pro Coil Systems

These Pro Coil Systems are offered in multiple valving options, allowing you to choose the right level of adjustability based on driving style or performance level and providing the ability to really fine-tune compression and rebound based on street or strip use. Choose from double, single or Drag “R” Series adjustable valving options to get the ride you want by fine-tuning your compression and rebound. Double adjustable shocks provide 18 positions of independent compression adjustment and 18 positions of independent rebound adjustment, for a total of 324 possible valving combinations. These were designed for high performance driving or competitive racing in mind. Single adjustable shocks provide 18 positions of simultaneous rebound and compression adjustment and are great for street and casual racing. The C1500 and Galaxies are also offered with Drag “R” Series adjustability, which provides 18 positions of simultaneous adjustment while maintaining a “90/10” style valving in each adjustment. This allows the front of the vehicle to rise easily and come down softly for a smoother, more controlled launch.

QA1 Pro Coil System shocks are lightweight billet aluminum and are engineered with deflective disc valving to provide increased valving response, control and consistency. They also feature a three-step sealing system that eliminates seal drag and dirt intrusion. Manufactured in Lakeville, Minnesota, all QA1 aluminum shocks are 100% dyno tested and serialized and are serviceable and rebuildable by QA1 Authorized Service Centers.

For those who prefer to keep the factory-style spring but still want adjustable valving, QA1 also offers its popular Stocker Star shocks for these same makes and models. Offered in multiple valving options, Stocker Stars are direct bolt-on front and rear smooth body shocks. See all products QA1 offers for your vehicle at www.qa1.net/vehicle-search
