3-Piece Precision Industrial Rod Ends

In QA1’s 3-Piece rod end, the ball is pressed into a sleeve that is swaged around the ball. After swaging, the unit is called the insert. The O.D. of the insert is then turned down and faced off to square up the sides for staking into a rod end body. This unit offers better ball to race conformity for together tolerances.

This style rod end is good in applications that required tighter tolerances.
