Are you an expert in suspension for circle track racing? QA1 is adding to its Technical Support/Customer Service team and is looking for qualified candidates.
The position requires a strong working knowledge of all QA1 products and their applications. The employee should fully understand how each product works and the role it plays in a variety of applications. The employee will be a primary point of contact between the customer and the company, with a focus on circle track racing.
The employee will be responsible for assisting customers on the phone, online and through email; with both technical questions and order entry. The employee should understand how to quickly and accurately enter customer information and order details into QA1’s system. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of suspension for a variety of applications; strong attention to detail; computer skills; and a professional attitude.

In 1993, Jordan founded QA1 with more than 25 years of experience in the rod end and spherical bearing industries. His innovation and forward-thinking has led QA1 to be the groundbreaking company in the industrial and motorsports markets it is today.
QA1 was originally located in a rented warehouse in Burnsville, MN and began operations with just three employees. After rapidly becoming the #1 name in the motorsports market in sales of rod ends and spherical bearings, QA1 broke into the shock absorber business with the purchase of Hal Shocks in 1998. Quickly outgrowing the 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse, QA1 moved to its current location in Lakeville, MN. QA1 is excited to announce its recent hire of Dan Voight, who joins the QA1 team as the Sales Manager of Motorsports.
Within this role, Dan will work closely with QA1 dealers on product awareness, sales training and inventory management. He will also play an important part in developing new business partners along with maintaining existing relationships in the motorsports industry.
“I enjoy every aspect of this business, but my number one goal has always been to meet or exceed the customer’s satisfaction,” said Dan. “With QA1, I am looking forward to working with many familiar faces as well as building new business relationships that make up our broad and ever expanding customer base.”
Dan brings to QA1 nearly 30 years of motorsport industry experience ranging in all aspects of business operations including distribution account management, sales, tech support, marketing, product development and manufacturing. He has extensive experience working closely with and meeting the demands of weekend racers as well as top NASCAR teams.

for 2013.
The 16 Series features a hard anodized, 6061 aluminum threaded body for excellent corrosion resistance and superior hardness, making this shock a top performer for years. Designed for a variety of series, including late models and crate late models, the 16 Series also features linear and digressive valving options and a Schrader Valve to easily adjust gas pressure “on the fly” for varying track conditions.
QA1’s new 20 Series shock absorber is perfect for racers that need a sealed shock. This 2 inch outside diameter sealed monotube has a precision machined bearing mount, providing ample clearance and increased strength over other designs. Every 20 Series shock is built in QA1’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Lakeville, MN.
The new 23 Series features a precision machined bearing mount and can be custom valved at QA1’s Minnesota facility. The 23 Series is packaged in a sealed stock mount configuration and gives racers the great benefit of the larger 46 mm piston for increased car control, while also featuring precision valving that holds tighter tolerances than other brands on the market.

Lakeville, MN [November 30, 2012] – QA1 is excited to add Mopar torsion bar adjusters and eccentric camber bolt adjusters to its lineup of Mopar products for A, B and E Bodies in 2013.
The torsion bar adjusters are stock replacements and work well with factory or QA1 lower control arms. They are made from high strength alloy steel, zinc plated for durability and feature a 3/4” hex head for easy adjustment.
QA1’s new eccentric camber bolt adjusters allow for easy alignment changes, are made from high strength alloy steel and zinc plated for durability. They offer a camber adjustment range of -2.5 to +2.5 from factory and work well with factory upper control arms or QA1 upper control arms.
