QA1 Expands 62 Series Shock Offerings

April 7, 2016

QA1 62 Series ShockQA1 has now expanded its offerings of the popular 62 Series twin tube aluminum shocks to include 5”, 6” and 8” lengths in addition to the existing 7” and 9” shocks. These new lengths make this shock available to even more types of cars, including tour-type asphalt modifieds, to supplement their availability to dirt and asphalt late models. All 62 Series shocks provide unparalleled feel to the driver and can increase grip on traction-limited surfaces.

“These additional lengths fill a demand for more racers to be able to use the 62 Series,” says Marshall Fegers, QA1 Circle Track Product Manager. “We’ve had a lot of requests from asphalt modified racers in particular that we want to accommodate. Testing these shocks has gone extremely well so we’re excited to get them on the market.”

These bearing mount shocks are racer revalveable and rebuildable. When needed, they can be mounted upside down with no change in rate to reduce unsprung weight. With deflective disc valving and a 2” O.D. lightweight aluminum threaded body, these shocks provide consistent, fade free performance. Custom valving is also available.

All QA1 62 Series shocks are made in QA1’s Lakeville, Minnesota facility and are 100% dyno tested and serialized.
